If you would like to make an enquiry about booking the band please use our contact page or complete the booking form below and our band representative will get in contact with you. In order to consider a request, we will require full event details, including date, time and duration. Please provide applicants full contact details, including a contact telephone number. It is strongly advisable to submit any requests at least 6 months in advance of the event.
We are a self funded organisation and rely solely on the funds we are able to generate from Concerts, Engagements, Fundraising, Charitable grants and Donations.
We feel it is very important to maintain our profile and support the local community in and around Tendring, so each year we:
- Allocate a set number of engagements (usually for charitable organisations) that we will undertake completely free of charge.
- For any further charitable requests we charge a set charitable fee (plus travelling allowance if outside of our local area).
- Any additional requests outside of the above criteria are then discussed by the bands committee and quoted accordingly. Our standard fee for a full band event is £500.
We consider each request based on its merit and the bands prior commitment schedule.
